Embroidery

Embroidery

Embroidery is the process of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread or yarn. Embroidery may also incorporate other materials such as 3D foam, metal strips, pearls, beads, quills, and sequins. Embroidery is most often used on caps, hats, coats, blankets, dress shirts, denim, stockings, and polo style shirts. Embroidery is available with a wide variety of thread or yarn color. We utilize machine embroidery.

Screen Printing/Transfers

In transfer printing, your designs are printed directly onto a special paper carrier, then applied to your apparel using a heat press. We offer the following types of transfers:
Screen Printed Transfers
Digital Transfers

Screen Printing/Transfers

Screen Printed Transfers

Put in the most basic terms, screen printing, also known as “silk screen printing”, uses a series of stencils to decorate your apparel. A screen printed transfer, also known as a plastisol transfer, is an image which has been screen printed onto release paper. Instead of being directly screen printed onto a shirt or other item, the design is printed onto transfer paper, then applied with a heat press. Screen printed transfers can be single or multi-color, and heat apply in seconds to any number of items, such as T-shirts, sweatshirts, shorts, jackets, and caps. Unlike traditional screen printing, there are no set-up charges for the main design, however the cost per transfer increases with each color.

Digital Transfers

In digital transfer printing, high-quality print and cut systems are used to print full color designs onto printable heat transfer material. After being printed onto heat transfer paper, the design is transferred to the garment using a heat press. This process allows more complex and vivid images than those produced with traditional screen printing, as well as patterns, shading, and color transitions. Digital transfers are also more cost-effective for smaller orders and for designs with many colors as the cost is based on the size of the image, regardless of the number of colors.

CAD-Cut Vinyl

CAD-Cut Vinyl

CAD-Cut Vinyl is an adhesive substrate that is custom cut and heat applied to garments when screen printing is not appropriate (such as small jobs or personalization). The material is as durable as screen printing and has a similar look and feel. It is available in many different colors and patterns, including glitter, neon, flock, reflective, glow in the dark, and more. CAD-Cut Vinyl can be used in lettering and designs to create decals and stickers for application on walls, windows, including automotive windows, sports helmets, and vinyl signs (such as political signs, yard sale signs, real estate signs, business advertising signs, etc.).

Dye Sublimation

Dye Sublimation is a printing process that uses heat to transfer colored dye onto materials such as a plastic, card, paper, or fabric. Unlike other customization methods where ink is placed on top of the item, in dye sublimation the colored dye actually bonds to the material you are customizing, preventing your customization from fading. Also, with dye sublimation you are able to use full color images to customize your items of choice. Dye sublimation only works on polymer based fabrics (such as polyester) or items coated with a special polymer to allow the dye to bond. Dye sublimation can be used on polyester based clothing items, mugs, tile, license plates and frames, etc.
